"I'm updating my review today because 04/2//25, because I had another pleasant experience after speaking with Elsie, from Shawn Aguillar's office. I need to do some changes in my auto-policy, explained to her what changes I would like to make for now, she went through the details explaining me everything in a professional manner so I would make the changes with confidence. Besides that, she was very polite and willing to help. Ps- I didn't realize that on my past review made in 2022, I had mentioned my pleasant experience with Elsie's. PAST REVIEW MADE IN 2022 I have been with Shawn Aguillar's State Farm office since 2014. He is a great agent and stands for his clients when it becomes necessary. But all these years I never had a such positive experience dealing with his agents, as I had yesterday and today when Elsie answered my call and today she called me back to follow up with the status situation of reactivating my policy, after replace my previous car that was considered total loss due to recent tropical storm. I could feel on her tone of voice that she was glad to assist me with my needs, besides being professional, polite, having a positive attitude, and happy doing her job.
