ABOUT OUR AGENCYI opened my agency in 2015 after spending several years building my leadership foundation at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and then supporting State Farm agents on the corporate side with business planning, marketing, and sales execution. That experience is what pushed me toward agency ownership — I wanted to build something meaningful, serve my community, and create a team environment where people can grow, earn well, and take pride in the work they do. Today, our team includes 10 team members and we operate with a “championship team” mindset — accountability, teamwork, and steady improvement every week. I’m originally from Jamaica and moved to the U.S. to attend the University of South Florida in Tampa. Outside the office, you’ll usually find me supporting my kids at soccer games, staying focused on personal growth, and keeping life balanced with walking and meditation. We stay active in the local community through the Coral Springs and Coconut Creek Chamber of Commerce and enjoy supporting initiatives like Habitat for Humanity, local education-focused events, and nonprofit organizations such as SOS Children’s Village. ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Shawn Aguilar - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation $42,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
