ABOUT OUR AGENCYI opened my agency in 2015 after spending several years building my leadership foundation at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and then supporting State Farm agents on the corporate side with business planning, marketing, and sales execution. That experience is what pushed me toward agency ownership — I wanted to build something meaningful, serve my community, and create a team environment where people can grow, earn well, and take pride in the work they do. Today, our team includes 10 team members and we operate with a “championship team” mindset — accountability, teamwork, and steady improvement every week. I’m originally from Jamaica and moved to the U.S. to attend the University of South Florida in Tampa. Outside the office, you’ll usually find me supporting my kids at soccer games, staying focused on personal growth, and keeping life balanced with walking and meditation. We stay active in the local community through the Coral Springs and Coconut Creek Chamber of Commerce and enjoy supporting initiatives like Habitat for Humanity, local education-focused events, and nonprofit organizations such as SOS Children’s Village. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community.   • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
